About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative HR Executive to support our Human Resources operations while also contributing to the design and branding initiatives within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about HR and has a flair for visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Functions:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRMS operations.
- Support payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Assist in performance appraisal coordination and documentation.
Design & Communication Support
- Design internal communication materials such as HR posters, banners, newsletters, and announcements.
- Create graphics for social media posts related to employer branding.
- Design certificates, event invites, and other creative HR documents.
- Collaborate with departments to visually support organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, or Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of both English and Hindi.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work under minimal supervision
