The Role: As our SEO, Lead Generation & Sourcing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our online visibility, attracting qualified leads, and strategically identifying and securing key suppliers for our manufacturing operations. This multifaceted role requires a blend of analytical prowess, communication skills, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website for adhesive and coating products.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis specific to the adhesives and coatings industry.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, title tags, and other on-page SEO elements.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and schema mark-up.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation that resonates with our target audience (e.g., blog posts, case studies, whitepapers on adhesive applications, coating benefits, etc.).
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential leads and target accounts within relevant industries (e.g., automotive, construction, packaging, electronics).
- Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, industry forums, cold outreach).
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Utilize CRM software to manage lead data, track interactions, and ensure a seamless handover to the sales team.
- Analyze lead generation campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for higher conversion rates.
Sourcing (Adhesives & Coatings Manufacturing):
- Conduct market research to identify potential Customers for Printing and packaging relevant to adhesive and coating production.
- Evaluate Customer capabilities, quality standards, and pricing to ensure optimal value and supply chain efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, material innovations, and potential supply chain risks in the adhesives and coatings sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-3years of proven experience in SEO, lead generation, and/or sourcing, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B industrial sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving organic traffic and generating qualified leads.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Experience with CRM software and lead management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with the adhesives and coatings industry, including common materials, applications, and market dynamics, is a significant plus.
