Position Overview
We are inviting applications for the position of Quality Control Executive to join our Adhesives & Coatings manufacturing division. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, batch consistency, and compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications across raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, hands-on laboratory experience, and a structured approach to documentation and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspection and testing of raw materials prior to production release
Perform in-process quality checks during batch manufacturing
Test finished products as per defined specifications
Maintain accurate laboratory records, batch documentation, and test reports
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., Viscometer, pH meter, Solid Content analysis, Adhesion testing equipment) Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and applicable quality standards
Coordinate with Production and R&D teams to address deviations and improve processes
Assist in root cause analysis for customer complaints and implement corrective actions
Support audits and quality system documentation
Qualifications & Experience
B.Sc / M.Sc/B-Tech/M-Tech in Chemistry or related discipline
2–5 years of relevant experience in Adhesives, Coatings, Polymers, or Chemical Manufacturing /Paint /Ink Industry Sound understanding of batch processing and quality control procedures
Exposure to ISO-based quality systems is an advantage
Key Competencies

Basic proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
