We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing business prospects to support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and industry sources.

  • Generate qualified B2B leads and maintain a healthy pipeline for the sales team.

  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, SignalHire, and CRM systems for prospecting.

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns (emails, calls, and social media).

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.

  • Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
